Prior to coming into your eyelash appointment, you should avoid all oils and mascara around the eye area for at least 72 hours prior. Oil and Mascara can affect the retention of the eyelash extensions. If you have finer natural lashes, we recommend using our lash growth serum 4 weeks prior to your lash appointment – you can continue to use this serum while having eyelash extensions.

After the application of eyelash extensions we recommend; not to get them wet for 24 hours after application, the glue won’t have time to dry and the lashes will fall off quicker than normal. Brush lashes daily with the lash wand you receive at your appointment. Cleanse lashes with eyelash extension cleanser 2-3 time a week. No mascara and no oily products around the eye area, oil and mascara break down the bond between extension and natural lashes. Refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain extensions.

Natural eyelashes have a growth cycle; they will grow to a certain length before shedding, your eyelash extensions will fall out with your natural lashes. It is important to look after your lash extensions and to follow you after care card to ensure they last the growth cycle.

We recommend refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain your set – Depending on the cycle of your natural lashes and how you well care for your lashes will determine how frequently you need to get refills.

Depending what set you get, a full set of lash extensions can take between 60 – 120 minutes.

Lash refills can take between 45-60 minutes.

We recommend using our Eyelash Extension cleanser to ensure your lash extensions are kept hygienic and clear of any make-up, oils or bacteria. Cleansing should be one 2-3 times a week. Be sure to follow after-care instructions and keep up the maintenance of your lashes.

When eyelash extensions are correctly applied, they will not damage your natural eyelashes. Your lash cycle is always shedding – a lash cycle can range from 4-6 weeks, when applied correctly your extensions should shed off with your natural lash. The extensions should not cause your natural lashes to fall out or become damaged unless your eyelash artist is applying extensions that are too heavy or long for your natural lash to be able to healthily support.
